What happens if I get disconnected before or during opening a pack?
If you get disconnected from the internet for any reason before opening all the cards in your pack, or you just don't open all your cards for whatever reason
make sure you are logged in and go to
https://www.instantcardpacks.com/open/pack/unrevealed/
and your cards will be waiting to be revealed.
How do I get my cards shipped to me?
To get your cards shipped you will need to make a withdrawal request. Go to your COLLECTION page and choose the cards you want to withdrawal.
click on the withdrawal check box under each card you want to have shipped then click the withdraw selected cards button at the top of the page. If you want them all shipped
just use the withdraw all cards button.
Can I have cards shipped to an address other than my own?
Yes you can. Just make to sure to change the shipping address on your account page
to the correct address before requesting a withdrawal from your collection.
Can I change the shipping address after submitting a withdrawal?
No. You must make sure the address on your account is the address you want the cards shipped to
before requesting a withdrawal.
How can I change my password?
To change your password go to your account page by clicking ACCOUNT on the main
menu then click the edit account info button at the bottom of your account information.
To change the password type in a new password in the password field and the confirm password field and save it.
Is Shipping Free?
No. Shipping costs 3.95 IPC Coins per withdrawal for customers in the United States. A withdrawal can be an unlimited amount of cards. Orders being shipped outside
the United States will be held in pending status until the actual rate can be confirmed at which time you will be given the option to pay the actual shipping costs or cancel the withdrawal.
Do you provide tracking for shipped cards?
Yes. All cards are shipped with tracking. To see your tracking number go to the withdrawals page by clicking WITHDRAWALS on the main menu.
Each withdrawal you have will show the shipping status and tracking number once it has been shipped.
Can I add more cards to a pending withdrawal?
No. Once you have submitted a withdrawal request only the cards in that request will be shipped to you. If decide you want more cards shipped you will need to
make another withdrawal request.
Does it cost to trade cards in?
No. You can trade as many cards as want as many times as you want at no charge. The trade values are shown under each card on your collection page.
Your ICP Coin balance will be instantly credited with whatever the trade value is when you submit a trade.
What is your refund/return policy?
If your items were damaged during delivery,
let us know within 5 days of the delivery date. Once you have returned the item,
we will work with you to credit your account or send you a new card.
Are the free daily packs truly free?
Yes. You can open one free daily pack every 24 hours. The cards are yours do with as you please, you can trade them back to add to your ICP Coin balance
or you can choose to have them mailed to you. However if you want them mailed there is a cost of 3.95 ICP Coins per withdrawal.
Can I cash out my ICP Coins?
No. You can only use ICP Coins to buy trading card packs on Instantcardpacks.com.
